Head strap might be contributing though I'm a little skeptical (but based on nothing, I'm not an expert) -- I'm using a P10 and the lower part of the strap makes no difference to mask fit, only to whether the band slips over my head. My biggest problem might be my pillow pushing the nasal pillows away from my nostrils.
Who told you not to change the pressure -- your wife, or the DME? Do whatever your wife says (she must be obeyed) otherwise, listen to people who actually know something. Jus' sayin'.

I'll move on.

The head strap can make a big difference. I have a terrible time with my backstrap slipping up (fine/silky/slippery hair and flat back of the head). Every time I notice a leak, I check the strap and, sure enough, it's up almost to the top of my head. Or is it when I find the strap slipped up, I find the mask is leaking like a sieve? Either way, big correlation.
RE: Sleepyhead [High Leak Rate]
I really don't think that you can make an accurate evaluation of any possible changes to your settings until you get the leaks under control.
As for making adjustment to pressure, ect, it's all about you, there are more people that can help you here than the one doctor that you have, or the one person at the DME; they only looks at your results infrequently and not as much is visible to them, nothing like what Sleepyhead shows.

Oh, right! I have the same problem: fine, silky hair -- no matter what I did, the stinkin' bands slipped off, sometimes even before I could get settled good. Read a suggestion to a female P10 user, to pull her long hair through the split. Voila! (Hair down to my shoulder blades.) fixed me right up!
If your hair isn't long enough to keep the band from slipping over your hair, I've found that a small scrunchie will hold it.
RE: Sleepyhead [High Leak Rate]
As you can see from the screenshot I had another bad night last. However, as was suggested, I found a video of how to put on my specific mask. I was doing it all wrong. Both back of the head straps were way too high. First thing I noticed on the video was the straps were just above the ears. Hopefully now that the mask problem is solved. Thanks

RE: Sleepyhead [High Leak Rate]
Larry, what size nasal pillows are you using? Most people find they need a larger pillow size than they think. From the look at your leak chart, I think a lot of air is escaping from your mouth. Are you aware of a dry mouth or leaking by that path?
On your charts, use Events, Flow Rate, Pressure, Leaks and Flow Limits. We have no need for time at pressure.
RE: Sleepyhead [High Leak Rate]
I'm using an Airfit N20 Medium pillow mask. It has the letter M on it so I'm going to assume it means medium.
RE: Sleepyhead [High Leak Rate]
The N20 is classed as a nasal mask rather than pillows but as sleeprider says you may need a chinstrap to help prevent mouth leaks
RE: Sleepyhead [High Leak Rate]
OTOH, the AirFit N20 manual says to use the "pillows" classification on an AirSense 10 machine, so I understand the confusion. I have no idea how Resmed decides these things.
