Sleepyhead Not responding

Sleepyhead Not responding
I have been using sleepyhead for a couple of years to analyze data from Resmed Airsense 10.

Now when I try to import data from SD card Sleepyhead stops responding and data never imports.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.
Thanks

Actually, this newer version can take a very long time to import data, and the progress bar is not any indication. I have waited as much as 5 minutes or more to import data on my Surface Pro 3. My older, slower Linux box is actually somewhat faster, for some reason.

Try again, and go fix a pour-over coffee - and drink it - before you come back to check on SleepyHead.

Three notes from the SleepyHead developer that may help:

Note: Kaspersky AntiVirus is falsly flagging SleepyHead installer as malware. I assure you it's not. I'm trying to rebuild the installer framework to work around it.

You can also upgrade via the
Maintenance Tool but it needs to be
run as administrator.

You need to uninstall the old
version first if you want to install
from this download.

Thanks Pholynyk.

I used Maintenance Tool to update Sleepyhead.  Then, as you suggested I let the import run for an hour and when I returned the import was successful.

Thanks Sheepish. The Maintenance Tool updated Sleepyhead and I was able to import CPAP data.

Hi Dream Machine - Welcome

The Maintenance Tool is located in the SleepyHead program directory.

RE: Sleepyhead Not responding
My Sleepyhead is not responding in Win 10. I tried updating it and that didn't help as it is already up to date. The top menu, File View Help etc, is unresponsive. In my list of charts, the Event Flags is at the top and it's not possible to unpin it. Also, it's in full screen mode and I can't see the task bar or toggle to other apps.

If I reinstall fresh, will I lose all of my data?

Does anybody know which file contains the user data? If so, I can copy that elsewhere and replace it after reinstalling.

Pressing F11 may get it out of full screen mode, or try the Sleepyhead-BrokenGL.exe in the sleepyhead directory. Some people have issues with the screen driver
