I clicked on Full View I think and my screen went full without the sidebars and now I cannot access the menu's either. How do I get my screen to show the sidebars and give me the menu options again? Thanks!

Hello,
I am a newbie too and had the same problem!!
If it's not working, hit the key that has "F Lock" on it, then push your F11 key.

(My keyboard doest't have a separate F11 key. Above the numbers, there is a row of keys and F1 to F12 are written below them, and I had to push the F-lock (like a Cap-Lock) key to access the F function, and push it again to turn the F functions it off).

Hope that helps!

Alt F4 -will close a program.

Ctrl Alt Del -will reboot your computer (referred to as a "warm boot" by some people)

Just a couple more handy key sets when things don't work properly. Bigwink
