Sleepyhead charts and graphs . . .

Happy Monday all,  

Just installed Sleepyhead and got it running well.  Got a lot of data and graphs and other stuff as expected.  Now comes the hard part, what does all this stuff mean?  So with that in mind in need to know how to post the captured screen shot?  Or rather what program is used to get a link that I can post in the forums?
