A couple of nights of data.
One is the night I had the pulse ox showing my ox dropping to 79 on the cpap.

Your maximum pressure on the machine is set to 9, which apparently isn't enough to stop your apnaas.

You could try raising the maximum pressure a few CM and see if you do better. The machine won't use more than it needs.

If that makes it better, but still not great, you can raise it again

Once you find out where a good upper limit is, you can raise the lower limit to a little less than the 90% pressure, so the machine starts out in the right area, and doesn't need to wait for you to stop breathing before trying to fix it.

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

if you click on the overview of a month does it show up?

BTW I upped my pressure on Feb 25 to 6-9 and then on March 9th to 6-12

RE: Sleepyhead data from a couple of nights
looks to me like you need higher pressures. The night you had it dialed up to 12 for the max you were at 12 most of the night and still had events. They are mostly OSA; can you tolerate starting out at the high end? I would bump max to 15 and see what happens. min... 10 or 11 if you can.
