Sleepyhead doesn't pickup card data

Sleepyhead doesn't pickup card data
Hi there!
I'm brand spank'in new here...

I installed the Sleephead software and went thru the
steps to import data from my Dreamstation SD card.

The import process indicates it's running, however
no data is imported.

The SD card didn't work with the DreamMapper app either.
I'm currently getting basic info on my phone from Dreammapper
via a wifi connection.

Any suggestions as to why the card may not be working?

When I click on the card drive (E: ), it shows the folder as being
completely empty. I'm not sure if that's because no data is currently
stored on it, or you need a functioning software program to read it.

Thanks for any help in advance!

There are several "flavors" of the Dreamstation, model numbers DSX200 - DSX700. What model number do you have?

It shows DSXHCP. Would that be the model?
I haven't been able to locate any possible model
number that falls within the range you specified.

I checked on the bottom of the unit where some information
was showing.

Thanks for your reply.

I'm not a Philips user but that appears to be the humidifier model number.

I believe it should be on the bottom next to the serial number. . . just a guess.

You have validated that your SD card is formatted and you can read and write to it from your PC?

I'm going to list out some other ideas for you to check.
1. The SD was in the Write Enabled mode?
2. The card was in the CPAP during your sleep session?
The next one will require an experienced Dreamstation user.:
Is there any SD card configuration parameters in the Clinician menu?

I'm pretty sure it was in Write Enabled mode...(I've messed with it now back and forth so not 100% sure
how it was positioned when I removed it from the cpap unit).

and 'yes', the card has been in the cpap unit since I started using it about a month ago.

thanks again for your help.
