Sleepyhead not Averaging Nightly Sleeps
These are my results from last night according to Sleepyhead.

Whole night AHI 8.83

http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/h419...y2fgt0.png

First 6 hours AHI 4.81

http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/h419...hnhbyw.png

Last 75 minutes AHI 4.03

http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/h419...gzm7lk.png

Now it looks to me as if SH has added the two AHI's together to get a final result. But if I have two consecutive AHI readings between 4-5 surely the average is between 4-5, or is it?

I remember a recent thread that questioned how SH calculated it's figures but I couldn't find it. It might have been on a different forum.

Any insights or have I just experienced my first <AHI 5 night?

Hi Holden4th do you know FJ or EH Holden
Anyway enough smart-arse

If yo check out my Thread re Session Information AHI I also raised note "Palerider" has posted that is a bug been fixed but I still have not been able get my Sleepy head to show AHI for just the individual session hrs times.

My SH also calculates individual session Events over / the Total session hrs. So if you then them to get will the whole nights (combined sessions) average AHI.

Example: AHI being Events "CA + OA + H"
Have calculated that SH has calculated figures as:

SH Session 1 = 37 events / session 1 & 2hrs(7hrs 42min) or 7.7 and equates to 37/7.7 = AHI 4.81 Rounded

SH Session 2 = 31 events / session 1 & 2hrs(7hrs 42min) or 7.7 and equates to 31/7.7 = AHI 4.03 Rounded

SH Combined session 1 & 2 = 68 events / session 1 & 2hrs(7hrs 42min) or 7.7 and equates to 68/7.7 = AHI 8.84 Rounded this the correct AHI for the combined session Total Session Events / Total hrs

Actual individual evens to calculate should be :

Session 1 = 37 events / session 1hrs (6hrs 24min) or 6.4 calculates to 37/6.4 = AHI 4.81 rounded

Session 2 = 31 events / session 2hrs (1hrs 18min) or 1.3 calculates to 31/1.3 = AHI 23.85 rounded

SH Combined session 1 & 2 = 68 events / session 1 & 2hrs(7hrs 42min) or 7.7 and equates to 68/7.7 = AHI 8.84 Rounded this the correct AHI for the combined session Total Session Events / Total hrs

that's because you haven't downloaded the V1.0.0beta1 version.

you're still using an *OLD* version (0.9.8-1)
