Right click the icon for the version you have on your desktop, click run as administrator and then open the program and select upgrade - went right through for me instead of getting the failed message.

It was really quite simple wasn't I, errr....I mean it, once you knew how.

I have been using sleepyhead for a week. It had been working fine but the last two days I have been getting the same error message. I am now using the resmed software
