Very Tired, suddenly having many clear airway issues with no apparent physical cause.

Hi All,  First time posting to this site.  Looking for help with sudden appearance of CA problems in my CPAP data.
I have no apparent physical symptoms like head or lung congestion or runny nose.  See screen print attached.
Any insights on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Greg

Is the Airsense 10 a new machine for you? Where you on another machine? Have you changed masks? Think about all the things that have changed for you lately new meds, new medical conditions etc.

As a note: based on the attached screen shot. (use f12 next time) http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...screenshot

Your max pressure is not high enough at 9 you might try 12. You can see you are hitting you max and still have obstructions

Also most adults need at least 7 on the min pressure.

I would also consider turning ramp off.
Thank you,

Regarding meds.  nothing has changed in months.   I use OSCAR to review my sleep data on a regular basis and until about 2 weeks ago my AHI was routinely less than 1.5 with less than 2 CA in 8 hrs.  Now the last 3 days have been: AHI 4.48 CA 2.24 , AHI 7.26 CA 3.91 , AHI 3.70 CA 2.16.  As I look at the data there are many more unclassified CA's as many as 7 every 5 minutes during an hour of CA reporting then my breathing appears to return to normal.  Just wondering if anyone else has seen this and reported a cause.
Thanks Greg

Regarding Mask / Equipment changes:  Nothing has changed for many months.
Will try increasing my max pressure to 10 for a night to see what effect that has.  Few years ago I tried 12 and at that pressure my mouth opens up while sleeping and the air just escapes with no benefit and a very dry mouth in the morning.
Thanks Greg

CA just means your CO2 level is below the threshold to signal needing to breathe. You can try the setting edits of lowering EPR and turning off Ramp to see how CA respond and if/how they do.
