Some Observations

I actually think that cpap teaches your body to sleep again. At first my AHI started out around 5 and has gone down to less than .050 every night. Or it allows the body to feel that sleep is ok again.

I strongly believe that I had eye strain the first week due to my body going into REM sleep normally as it should. Crazy, maybe. Wink

Increasing the minimum pressure has decreased my snoring episodes.
