Somnifix mouth tape

Somnifix mouth tape
I've been using Somnifix mouth tape for a few nights and it's good stuff.  It keeps my mouth closed and helps prevent mouth leaks.  (Last night one side slipped off but I stuck it back on and it stayed on until I woke up) There's a built in slit in the middle to allow for emergency breathing, and if you open your mouth with force it comes right off.  So far no irritation of the skin but I'm guessing over time it might not be good for the skin. Not sure.

RE: Somnifix mouth tape
I too taped my lips together, not with the Somnifix, but a medical tape. After the first six months of use, I found that I had adapted and no longer need tape! I never had any irritation, the tape was quite strong, but made to be removed.

That's awesome you don't need tape anymore! I'm hoping the same happens for me.
