Sorry to start new thread but need nap

Sorry to start new thread but need nap
Finally got a BIPAP pressure setting that helps me - Ipap 12 Epap7.

But I'm having a ton of centrals now :Sad or so it seems.  I wake up several times falling asleep with gasping and o2 in the high eighties.

I'm too tired to upload Oscar right now but I will after a nap.

How can I take this pressure and somehow reduce or eliminate my centrals?  I tried to bring the epap up like someone suggested but it became too difficult to breathe out.  Likeswise reducing the ipap made me feel starved for o2.

Any suggestions at all help!  Thank you!

Morg

PS mods if you want we can make this my new main thread now.

Set the Trigger to High. If it doesn't reduce them enough, set it to Very High.

Morgannon,
Since the Trigger setting is already on very high, the only advice I'll give at this point is to lower your Pressure Support a little.

You were asked several times in your last thread to post a chart and you haven't done it.

You can't expect therapy advice if you don't do your part.

Organize your chart according to these directions:

When taking a Screenshot, use the F12 key (on a Mac, Fn+F12) Standard View

Use the Attachment Feature to post here.

That AHI is wildly off.  I was awake most of the time it was recording.  I was asleep starting from 2:30 to when it ended.

So actually that AHI should be close to 30 which is basically for me not having any therapy at all :Sad

How do I cut out most of that data and leave the part where I was sleeping?
