Is This Flow Limitation?
#1
Question
Is This Flow Limitation?

Here are two screenshots from last night. Although the AHI number is excellent, there are no RERAs, and very little shows on the flow limit chart, the zoomed shot of seems to indicate flow limitation. Is my interpretation correct? I have trouble interpreting these flow patterns. Although the inspiration wave forms do not look as bad as the examples of flow limitation in the flow limitation WIKI they do slope downward and don't display a nice bell shaped curve.  Pretty much the same pattern is present throughout the night because of which, as I understand, the Resmed may not be recognizing it and responding. That's assuming I'm correct and am experiencing flow limitation.

If I am correct, is it likely that increasing EPR from 2 to 3 or increasing minimum pressure from 9-10 will help?

RE: Is This Flow Limitation?
It looks pretty minor, but there is some flattening of the curve. Your choice if you want to address it. The flow limitation chart actually picked that up at 2:52 and is is very low. I suspect you will see more of this at 04:00 and 06:15. Pretty amazingly good results for you Melman, I remember when...
