How do you sleep?  Are you awakened by the sound of leaking?
What position do you sleep in... back, side or stomach?

Have you read the mask primer?

I assume the mask fit is poor...

I primarily sleep on my left side, a very small amount of time on back or right side, never on stomach.

I am awakened by one of three things: (1) rush air, (2) "farting" mask seal, (3) sensation of lack of air.

No I don't recall reading the mask primer, but I will.

Hi Brian,
I had a lot of trouble with my FFM when I started.  Then I tried the Fisher&Paykel Simplus, after reading about it on this forum.  That was about 6 years ago, and I've been happy with it ever since.  F&P also has a new FFM called the Vitera, quite similar to the Simplus, with a few updates.  Either might be worth a try for you.  There is a sizing guide .pdf document available, and the sizes of the 2 masks are the same.

Hi all...long time no post...

I finally found a mask that seems to be working well S&P Vitera. I'm getting better seals (although not leak free) and my sleep quality has improved.

I still have issues with ear congestion...but that's more an allergy problem than anything.

If I have to change again, I may go to the Resmed F30/F30i.
