Still tired after using cpap
Hi everyone

I´m using the copa machine after several months and still tired. Not having much advice from my doctor, he says the numbers are good and my IAH has dropped, but I'm still feeling tired.

I´ve noticed that i still have lots of hipopnea events and some apneas while clear airway

I´m sin a Phillips <respironics auto machine with pressure ranged from 6-12 cmH2O

If some one can give me some advice of hoy to improve my sleep ill be very pleased.

Please look at the attachments

Thankck you all

RE: Still tired after using cpap
An AHI of 6.11 does not indicate effective treatment. It should be below 5. Before we can offer much advice it will be helpful to see more of the data on your daily screen. Please see the links below on how to organize and post your data. Pay special attention to how to eliminate the calendar and the pie chart which will allow us to see more of the data in the left panel of your screen. Hopefully we can help you achieve better results.
