Strange "rollercoasters" in flow rate every few minutes. Any ideas?
Hi all,

I've been analyzing my flow rates from the last few nights and it seems like every 2-5 minutes there's a very strange "rollercoaster" with my flow rate. I can't figure out exactly what's going on. I will post a few examples in an attachment.

If anyone knows what this is and what I can do to fix it, I'm all ears!

I'm having a similar problem, except mine don't happen that frequently. I think these are arousals. I've read that unless you know what's causing these arousals it's hard to treat them. Is your sleep fine otherwise or are you having problems, e.g. restlessness etc.?

I've attached an example of mine.

Sleepy you have some of a lot of different things going on. Expiratory snoring, flow limits, breath holding cardiogenic ovulations.

What is the context. Can you provide a full night view..

An increase in PS should help. Based on your profile likely modification of most of your settings and possibly your mode.
