Struggling
I would appreciate a review and advice as I am trying to tweak my new Aircurve Vauto settings. Since my original post a couple of days ago - see a couple daily pics at this thread (Interpret Oscar Data - New Aircurve Vauto) - I have had to make more adjustments. Burping is my main problem. Difficulty with EPAP has been my secondary problem. These have caused me to remove my headgear when I was using my AS10

At the settings changes recommended by Gideon:
Set mode = VAuto
Set min epap = 7
Set PS=4
Set max IPAP = 11

I continued to have problems, although there was some improvement. I made a change to continue

Set mode = VAuto
Set min epap = 6
Set PS=4
Set max IPAP = 10
Also - Ramp OFF

This eliminated CA events, but burping continued

Last night I tried

Set mode = VAuto
Set min epap = 6
Set PS=3.6
Set max IPAP = 9.6

Still burping

At 3:30 I tried

Set mode = VAuto

Set min epap = 6.4

Set PS=2.6
Set max IPAP = 9

Better - not perfect - still burping. I would like to eliminate burping, maintain comfortable pressures, keep CAs away, maintain full nights with mask ues/low leaks - you know - everything Smile

Your advice is greatly appreciated!!
