When leaks are at the "large" level, you're not getting the treatment you need. When they are lower than that, the big question is whether they bother you, either by waking you up or by making your mouth feel dry.

I try to keep the Time over leak redline in single digits. Although lower leak rates are desirable, chasing low leak rates can disrupt sleep quality as much as the leaks. With leaks over the redline for only 0.043% of the time the machine is running and an AHI of 0.26 you have nothing to worry about.
