I posted my pressures much like the way you do.

Oh wow! Have you looked at your profile? Everything contradicts what you just posted.

RE: Sudden rise in AHI
Hi Jeffrey -- You made reference in your first post to your Bi-pap. Since you also have an S9 machine listed in your profile, I assumed that you have one of the S9 VPAPs (VPAP is ResMed's name for bi-pap/bilevel). But we should verify before we go further with trying to help you troubleshoot.

The ResMed S9 line includes quite a few different machines. What does it say right by the Start/Stop button on your S9? Autoset, VPAP, VPAP Auto..... Model numbers are usually on the underside of the blower part of the machine and likely will be 36004, 36005, or 36006.

We're not just being picky here. The different models have important functional differences, and we want to give you meaningful feedback that's relevant to your machine. Smile

RE: Sudden rise in AHI
The OP's SleepyHead data screen shot shows he is running a fixed BiPAP at EPAP 13 and IPAP 16. This is what he reported in his profile.
if you can't decide then you don't have enough data.
