I have problems when EPAP (pressure while exhaling) is less than around 15.

I have been gradually searching for my "sweet spot", moving it up, it started at CPAP of 10 and AHIs averaging around 15, my AHI is now at 2.5 to 3.5. I don't want to move too fast. Looking over the past few days, the pressure "touches" 17 about 9 times per night and then drops back down after a little while. My issue is that I am fighting a severe case of major leaks with both of my masks - F10 and P10. The major leaking starts in around 15 cm/H20 and gets worse as the pressure goes up. Last night was one of the better lately with leak over redline (24) for only 11% of the night. As I learn how to hold down the leaks I am gradually raising the pressure.

RE: Survey on what pressure opens airway for you
After only 4 nights of Auto CPAP, my 90% is at 9.8.
My sleep lab titration was labelled on my sleep report as a 'difficult titration', and set at 6 cm/h2o fixed. However with knowledge I gained due to helpful people on this forum it was raised twice to its final 9.5, which would never have happened based on my AHI being under 5 prior to any pressure raises. What does the 95% number mean?? Mine has changed each of the 4 nights.

RE: Survey on what pressure opens airway for you
The 90% pressure means you were at "or below" that number for 90% of the time.
Note the "or below" part. Doesn't mean you were at the pressure for all that time. And yes, it may vary a little from night to night depending what your needs are.

Or, to look at it another way - at or above that number for 10% of the time. 95% number would be at or above that number 5% of the time - at or below 95% of the time.
