Hi Judy1843,
I couldn’t get a good seal with the swift, but you might not have any problem with it, as masks are such an individual thing.
I like the P10 because it’s a very minimalist mask, not much on my head. I like the headgear on it, too. It is also very light weight. I’m trying different FFMs, but the P10 will be my back up mask.
Hang in there for more answers to your question and good luck finding a mask that works well for you.

What I like about the P10 is its drop dead simplicity. Most of my patients love it, if nasal pillow interface is an approriate option for them. Stick in your nose, pull straps over your head, you're done.
Seals well too. But if you have a big head or broad cheeks, it is difficult if not impossible to adjust so that it is not too tight. The Swift FX does very well in that regard.

P10. It's simple, it's the least obtrusive and it just works, even for a 61cm size head. I wear it fairly loose (the trick is to part the top 2 straps completely).

And ultimately, everyone comes to the P10 on their mask journey. So why delay it. Go to the P10 immediately. Resistance is Futile!!

I used the FX for years from when it was first developed. Last December I switched to the P10 and actually had a nice improvement in both comfort and AHI results. I'm a big fan of the lighter, quieter P10. It's nice to sleep close to my wife and not blow a jet-stream of air on her. If there is a drawback it is a lack of adjustment in the headgear.

Started with the P10, have tried a few others, but always come back to the P10.
It is lightweight, simple, quiet, easy to clean, and I get good AHI results.

I have been looking at these two masks, but I'm wondering if the lack of a swivel where the hose connects to the mask is problematic? Based on that assumption, I am currently leaning toward the Swift FX. Opinions?

In the P10, the swivel has moved FROM the end of the short tube on mask side TO the end of short tube on the Cpap hose side.

So there is still a swivel. But since it's a good 12+ inches away from the nose, it works better in my opinion and doesnt pull the mask at all. Another reason why it's easier to keep a seal on the P10.

I've used the Swift FX and the P10. Hands down, the P10 is more comfortable for all the reasons mentioned in the above posts.
