Switching from standard CPAP to Auto CPAP

It's there, so I'm going to suggest we avoid a lot of pressure swings and IPAP/EPAP differential.  Nothing serious, but more challenging for CPAP.

Thanks.  I changed my Flex setting from 2 to 1 - I think I'll try it off.

How do you breathe at a setting of 4cm?  8cm is the minimum for me to be able to breathe, and that is sometimes too low for comfort.

Yeah, I hear you but I really don't have a problem.  Otherwise I hear the flow though my mask and get fixated on my breathing.  I have my ramp set to start at 4.
