Do you realize you are using EPR set at ramp only, rather than full time?

Yes I do ... . I'm concerned the EPR on my machine may not be actually working properly. The first time I set it to "full time" I could actually feel the settings kick in, however that was the last time it happened, and it hasn't happened since. Is there a way to check besides returning the unit to the clinic (Which I am not using). ??
Life is inherently risky. There is only one big risk you should avoid at all costs, and that is the risk of doing nothing.

You could compare the feeling between regular operation and the mask fit mode. In mask fit mode the CPAP will run at the maximum set pressure without any EPR. With your pressure range so low, you might not feel any difference by turning the EPR off while in regular mode.

It's working fine. If you want, you can just try CPAP pressure of 6.0 with EPR 2, that way you will be in ramp all night.  If that is what is comfortable and works, then fine.  What you are feeling "kick in" based on this graph is straight pressure when ramp ends.
