She's at a start pressure of 4, so unless she's willing to raise pressure, ramp won't matter. Smile
So if you ramp it starts at 4? I'm new and don't have my machine yet.

The purpose of using ramp is to ease into your starting pressure and hopefully you fall asleep first. This is beneficial to those that have a hard time adjusting to a higher pressure.

But in the OP instance, she has a starting pressure of 4, so there is no where to ramp to.

Just an example, if she were to raise her start pressure to 6, then she could start ramp at 4 for 20 minutes or longer.

You can start ramp at any pressure, say start at 6 for whatever time you choose to reach your start pressure.
