It's supposed to only be one of them - all of my Viatoms only have one of the two sides lit up. Unfortunately, the support team have been out of the office for the new year, I think, based on my Out Of Office reply.
That is such a weird pattern. I mean, I guess the fact that it's only happening just after you fall asleep and the rest of the time your sats are ok is... good? But not knowing at all is very weird. Any way you can set up a camera to see what happens as you fall asleep?
