Thanks very much for the advice. Will adjust pressure and flex and see where we are at then think of positional stuff after. I struggle with the latter a bit as have some minor cervical degeneration which makes getting comfortable and keeping the mask seal quite tricky.

Have you tried the papillow or one of its knock-offs on Amazon? It could help.
