Now that you have 4 posts I believe you'll be able to post "Linked BBS" code from Imgur.

As Fred/Bonjour said above, people will want to see daily charts. I'm pretty sure that you are on the road to ASV (like me), as I suspected when I heard that Bi-Level was worse for you. Same here.

ASV is an expensive option for the insurer, so it can take informed self-advocacy to advance the process at Kaiser. But I was able to qualify for my ASV which I've had almost 2 weeks now. I also pushed to make it happen. 

Do post data to see if there is anything obvious that is being missed. Otherwise, part of getting to ASV requires failing on Bi-level. This may just be a stage of the journey. If that's correct you will need to communicate with the sleep doctor and get an in-house sleep study to show the efficacy of ASV.
