[Equipment] Humidity Level Will Not Stay as Selected

Humidity Level Will Not Stay as Selected
Hey all.

One month on my equipment...going well.

My unit has a Climaline heated tube.  When it is plugged in the screen shows the temp.  When it is not plugged in the screen shows humidity.  And I can change the humidity.  Like from 4 to 5.  But, when I plug the tube back in....the humidity goes back to 4.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

It sounds like climate control is set to auto. Go into the clinical menu and set it to manual - then you'll be able to set temperature and humidity independently. (See P9 of the clinician's manual).

I agree with Deepbreathing. You need to turn it off auto. You need to go into to the clinical settings. If yoh dont know how they can be downloaded look at the home page here and see manual for different machines.
