Humidifier: H5i Heated Humidifier
CPAP Pressure: 10 - 7-20 Cm H2O
CPAP Software: Not using software

Other Comments: I started CPAP in 2008. Totally blind since birth.

I wake up like that too. But, if there isn't something pressing I need to do, then I read a few sentences in a book (usually a very boring book so I don't make it very far) and then I go back to sleep. Something you could try. Can't hurt.
