I'm new here, and looking for advice.
I'm sorry if this has been ask many times before. I'm looking for suggestion on a cpap machine. In your opinion which one would you pick?

Except for some relatively minor issues, I love my Airsense 10 Autoset. If you end up getting rainout even with the ClimateLine heated hose, as I sometimes do because I like to sleep in a cold room, that can cause a number of different issues, particularly with data recording. Other than that, though, it is a great machine - comfortable, and easy to use and optimize settings.

It comes with it's own software which is ok, but nowhere near as detailed as sleepyhead.
