Synchronize CPAP and Oximeter Data - FEATURE REQUEST

RE: Synchronize CPAP and Oximeter Data - FEATURE REQUEST
Hi Red, yes that's what's happening. Last night I confirmed my clock, the Dreamstation and Oxymeter all said the same time before beginning. I'm on the newest version of O2 Insight Pro 1.6.2 which works on MacOS Big Sur. Not sure if they changed something in this version.

RE: Synchronize CPAP and Oximeter Data - FEATURE REQUEST
John - I want to apologize. I went back and looked at the data file and need to correct myself. I reviewed the data file and found that the start time IS located at the offset 0x06, 0x07, and 0x08, for Hours, minutes, and seconds.

If you want to try a trick, send me the O2 data file and tell me what time you want me to enter. I'll send it back and see if it works.

Here is my Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/request/lTcfSVh0DD2oPeTPxpuV

With Viatom you can synchronize the clock to your PC or Phone system clock using the App. Hopefully the phone or system clock is syncronized to an atomic clock somewhere using some clock sync protocol. Then you use the CPAP clock drift setting in OSCAR to get the CPAP to match, but this only impacts CPAP data, not Viatom or other sources.

If you want to skew existing Viatom data you'll probably have to use a binary editor such as CrimsonNape is suggesting, purge and reimport.

What is your CPAP clock drift setting in OSCAR currently?

Thanks guys, Red I uploaded file to Dropbox (with renamed corrected time). I just checked Oscar and drift is set to zeroes. I could try setting Oscar drift to match Viatom data. I synch Viatom device with system clock on laptop each time I connect to it.

Have you tried applying a 27 sec delay/advance in the Clock Drift section of the Preferences-CPAP tab?

Thank you spin35, but with the release of OSCAR version 1.3.0 you can now synchronize the Viatom/Wellue oximeter files with the CPAP time by renaming their filename.
