System One Humidity Too much or Too little
Hello,

I have a system one cpap machine and when I have the humidity set on zero obviously I wake up feeling dried out after a couple of hours. However even on the lowest setting of 1 after 2 hours I wake up feeling like I'm in a jungle and am overwhelmed by the humidity and stuffiness.

Does anybody have any tips or tricks on how to find a happy medium?

Room temp is about 65 at night, the unit is level with my bed, and I have a 6 foot hose.

I was thinking of raising the machine off the night stand in the corners so it has airflow underneath to keep it a little cooler, getting a 10' hose to give it more time to cool off before it reaches me, and also adding an ice cube each night to prolong the overwhelming heat/humidity it achieves after 2 hours of being on.

Any help is appreciated!

RE: System One Humidity Too much or Too little
Turn off System One Humidification and use the manual settings. You can then customize humidity and hose temperature to your needs manually. A low setting or even passive humidification will likely produce the result you're looking for. System One must be off to access manual controls.
