Taken my mask off the last three nights...

I've been on CPAP about three weeks and have also experienced removing the mask in my sleep. My therapist says it's pretty common and just part of your body adjusting to the new conditions. Provided the mask is comfortable it's just a phase which (apparently) many of us go through.Big Grin

My helpful colleagues at work suggest I set an alarm to wake me up every few minutes to check if the mask is still on. Big Grin
