Thank you all - best results yet!
I have used CPAP for 10 days now.  This board has been so helpful and supportive.  I am convinced I would not be having the success I am without it.  Last night was my best AHI outcome so far (attached), and I attribute it to OSCAR, a cervical collar, some machine settings suggested by Bonjour, and all of the good information available on this board.

Great progress, and bonjour is one of the best to get you there.

I'd like to take your min pressures to 8 but let's take it slow. Set your min pressure to 7.5 for tonight.

And thanks

For sure!  I'll bump it to 7.5 tonight.  Also, have an appointment Tuesday to swap this Phillips with a Resmed.  I am already looking forward to trying another machine and learning the ins and outs of it!  So be forewarned - I may be coming back for more guidance... Smile

Oh, you're almost certainly going to like the feel of the Resmed better -- good move! And for the types of events you have remaining, I've gathered it'll do a better job than the PR machine.

For the ResMed, use the provided settings the first night, then post the results (make sure you have a different SD card) and go from there.

Definitely tell us, after a few nights which machine you like better and why. Be honest, we all learn all the time here.

Congrats on success. Hope it gets even better with the ResMed.
