Thank you for the wealth of knowledge and information.
I would like to thank everyone for helping me to learn a good bit in a short period of time. I have been CPAPing for one month now. I will be downloading sleepyhead next week during vacation. For now, I have been monitoring my sleep with Resmed's MyAir (I know this is less than ideal, but it is better than nothing). I don't have any specific questions at this time; however, I have found many answers to my questions in previous threads. I am grateful for this community and the knowledge that you impart. Thank you.

Welcome!, Yes after a month you'll have some data to look at, I've used both Resmed and Sleepyhead, I prefer Sleepyhead.
I still check MyAir almost daily just for a quick glance. You'll find the Sleepyhead software very helpful.
After a good solid year now Cpaping is second nature , for me I wished I could have started it years ago. It's nice to get a good nights rest.
Good Luck and I'm glad you found this board.

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night
