Hey All,

I just wanted to say thankyou for the assistance.

I've now been using CPAP (well APAP - Resmed S10 Autoset) for nearly a year, and have results for 300 days

The results speak for themselves. (100% compliance - not that that's an issue for anyone as I'm in Australia and this is all self funded)

My script said to set the machine at 6, I've set the baseline at 7.6 as it's more comfortable to start at.

I'm still waking up once a night to go to the bathroom, but I'm back to sleep within 2-3 minutes. Over time, my AHI has improved.

While I don't always feel 100% rested, probably due to stress and other factors, I at least know that my apnea is under control.
