Nasal pillows and partial blockage

RE: Nasal pillows and partial blockage
Before CPAP and nasal pillows my sinuses were a mess and I was a serious mouth breather. The nasal pillows along with a prescription to Nasonex opened my sinuses up -- which in some ways has been the best part of CPAP therapy.

SnoozeAlarm: " The trick is in keeping your thoat closed but your nose and mouth open so that the water you are squirting up your nose has a place to come out. "

That sounds like a useful (?) skill.

I've never tried it though.
