Machine: ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset
Mask Type: Nasal pillows
Mask Make & Model: ResMed Airfit p10, Respironics DreamWear
Humidifier: ResMed with Climate Line
CPAP Pressure: 6-15, EPR 1, no ramp
CPAP Software: SleepyHead

I just got the Ultimate Chin Strap and it's working great for me so far. I think I've found the answer! I couldn't stand the thought of taping my mouth shut every night for the rest of my life, and the paper tape I was using lasted about half the night before the moisture from my mouth made it lose its grip. Also, if I had to get up for a drink of water I had to re-tape with new tape, which is a pain in the middle of the night when you would rather go straight back to bed! I don't believe the The Ultimate would work with a mask.
