Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum
Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

Now, if the put the classic user interface back into W10, they might have a winner.
I am not impressed with Windows 8.x

I'm going to hold out for Windows 9. Even numbered Windows versions suck.

So, how's Windows 3.1 working out on your 80386 machine?

Well-done

That's the CPU insertion tool for putting an i7 1150 Haswell into a Socket 775.

RE: The answer to your Computer / Software problems
When I was doing tech support for QuickBooks some of the multi-user issues involved making changes on the server which always involved rebooting the server. Had one customer say it would disrupt the office for an hour to bring everything down and back up again and wanted to know what to do. Two options - disrupt everyone or live with the situation until he could reboot after everyone went home. Luckily he took the second option. I provided him with the article on how to do everything for future reference.

On a personal note, I have found I need to reboot my Mac a little more often now that I am running Yosemite (10.10). I have a 7 year old machine that is at the bottom end of the ones that can run it. It gets slow at time, but it does the job. Still better than my Windoze machine. My wife has an old Win XP machine I am thinking of turning into a Linux box when I get some time to do it.
