RE: [split] Therapy Questions
I don't know if this is of any help; A member reported that they could influence the VS2? (I think) events simply by dragging the ribs of the air hose across the edge of a table.

That's true of the VS2 readings. The VS readings are pretty good though.

RE: [split] Therapy Questions
I would turn the VS2 flag off. Crimson Nape is correct....the machine can pick up sounds that have nothing to do with snoring. VS2 just clutters up your graph anyway and no one seems to know for sure what it means. With that said, leave the VS flag on. Those are apparently real snores.

Snores along with flow limitation will tend to drive the pressure up, sometimes to whatever maximum you have set.

Tosh,

There a number of available Oximeters. I chose the O2 Vibe. I like the instant feedback and easy bluetooth pairing with my smartphone.  Good luck.

RE: [split] Therapy Questions
I have generally recommended turning off VS2 since we don't know how to deal with that, but the VS snores are abundant in this case. Regarding the question about leaks, they are all below large leak threshold. While there may be opportunities to reduce leaks, they are not a priority nor affecting therapy. Nothing wrong with experimenting with alternatives if you want. I am reported to be a big fan of the Resmed Airfit P10.
