So what do those of us with Respironics machines do--or is it even necessary for a one hour change?

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

The Respironics goes by the UTC which does not change. I have heard though that the new machine, DreamStation, does have adjustable time.

Thanks, Paula. Guess it doesn't make too much difererence--it still records the hours of sleep. That saves me hauling it into my DME when I go in tomorrow for my 6 months check-in--I was going to see if he could re-set it.

I live in the US and didn't change my clock Sat night or Sun morning. Not going to change it today either. The joys of living in AZ when all we do is change time zones. Too-funny
