Had one exactly like it, though a different brand name. Tried it in lieu of other options for mouth leaks and even in combination with the cervical collar. While it did reduce mouth leaking (pretty much has to), it made my teeth sore. I'm a side sleeper, and my jaw/mouth not only would open a bit to leak, but it would also want to fall sideways towards the pillow, so the mouthguard/teeth were supporting the weight of that jaw. I tossed it after about a week. I slobbered a lot the first couple nights, too, but that got better as I got more used to it.
