To Sleep More Soundly...Use Sound

RE: To Sleep More Soundly...Use Sound
Interesting, but that was a built in feature on my old CPAP!

I have always been a fan of some white noise in the background and my original S8 Elite was kind of soothing when I would fire it up at night.

I do like the S9 - but sometimes, I kind of miss that aspect.

This is a very easy no cost method and uses a device you already (should) have with you anyway. They also have many relaxation things and all that good stuff to get you falling asleep restfully and easily.

I have some sleep program I paid for but haven't ever used yet....I use a fan. Turn it on each night and it blocked everything out.....for me, everything is "silence"

Its too much for me or someone in a very fast moving environment to deal with so a fan is perfect...
