Full flaps & keep your wings level. Watch out for the ducks who like to fly into the pond at the end of the runway. Hope you have enough fuel for a go-around if need be. There's coffee in the pilot's lounge. RG already ate the baby-backs - they were burnt to a crisp, so you're not missing much. No flares either. Just aim for the Webber kettle that's on fire. Sorry. Coffee

Yep... They're all gone. When I brought the food in from the barbie, and yes it's a Webber, Mrs. R_G said "Just how many people were you planning to feed tonight? Don't you know how to cook for just 2 people?" Well, yeah I do, but my motto is "If you're gonna do a thang, do a thang..."

That put a great picture in my head. I am still chuckling. Also reminded me of the time some ducks landed in a farmers pond that had gotten some wetting agent in it. They were very surprised ducks.

Happy Memorial Day all,

I'm actually sitting here being sort of mellow right now. I'm thinking: I've been good. Sort of. So I think I need some new toys. Don't know quite what to do about that. Thinking about trading my pick-em-up in on a newer one, but Mrs. R_G really wants me to wait a little while on that. I have 3 espresso machines so I think I'd probably get "the look" if I brought in another one.

Maybe some new power tool. The last one I bought was a "saws-all," and Mrs. R_G won't let me play with it.

I don't know. Maybe I'll just go check on the Baby-backs.

Save some babybacks for me. I'm turning left base for final. Light some flares. I'm Bingo on fuel.

OH CRAP ! ?

Trouble in river city.......... My short term prednisone therapy is having an unintended consequence which is altering my sleep therapy.

It seems my libido has taken a bit of a jump and Mrs. R_G has me locked out of the bedroom.

I told you those blue pills were not prednisone.
