Question on time needed to notice sleep difference
#11
RE: Question on time needed to notice sleep difference
Hi Needs2Sleep,
WELCOME! to the forum.!
I took to CPAP very well the first night but, for some, it takes quite a while to get used to it. Some people don't notice any change for a good while and others notice change right away. I encourage you to stick with it, it will get better over time as you use it.
Best of luck to you with your your CPAP therapy.
