[Treatment] A question about therapeutic approach

A question about therapeutic approach
Both of these result in me feeling well rested and alert

Is it better to have a nightly AHI between 1 and 2 but at a lower pressure or to raise the pressure and go for the lowest nightly AHI possible? For me this is the difference between 12.5cm/h2o and 15.5cm/h2o

At that low of an AHI, whatever is the most comfortable for you is your answer.
