EPAP is what manages Obstructive Apnea, not IPAP.
PS manages Flow Limits, RERAs, Hypopneas, and UARS

You want to lower both EPAP and IPAP together looking for a sweet spot. Note which setting feels better to you.

Any suggestions on what to try here? Looks like I am getting some OA's so need to boost the EPAP?

How does flow limit look otherwise?

I am not sure more pressure will help these events they look to me to be arrousal related how was your sleep some of those Hypopnoeas could be Central in nature.
