Did you spend the two or three months it takes to learn and implement?

Many of these techniques don't do much good. Most people don't actually do the exercises enough to help. Most of them don't work at all.
Well, maybe that is the pessimistic way to look at it. Not completely untrue, but anything that exercises the muscles in the airway can only help.

But it is a matter of how much. I would think that you would have to be exceptionally disciplined in this for some time, plus you would need a mild form of OSA for it to really help you all that much.

There is a really great way to leapfrog this problem, and it doesn't take nearly the dedication and energy, which is to use your xPAP faithfully, so don't opt for breathing exercises as your primary path when the cure is right there on your night stand. And if your support pressure is as high as 12, maybe a path stressing breathing exercises is not the best one. But if it makes your ultimate treated AHI a 2 instead of a 7, that is a benefit worth achieving.

I would like to imagine that some of us can be that dedicated, so vaya con Dios, and more power to you.
