[Equipment] Need to enter Provider Mode on Dreamstation 1

Need to enter Provider Mode on Dreamstation 1
I got the Dreamstation manual and was able to get into the provider mode once, just to try. But I had not calculated yet the Rx changes I wanted, so I stopped it, I can't remember how though.

Now that I am ready to make changes,  the information i had gotten from the manual no longer works to get into provider mode. It says:

1_ Supply power to the device - (I plug it in and the power icon Led shows )
2_Once the device is powered, press and hold the control dial and the ramp button for at least 5 seconds
... I did, Nothing happens, it doen't get me into Provider mode!

I'm very afraid I might have somehow disabled the entry? Is that possible?
I'm suffocating a bit due to the pressure being too low, I need to increase it...

The model of my Dreamstation is
DreamST autoSV, DS
DSX900S11F

Please help
Thank you very much

This looks like the correct instruction for your DS Bipap AutoSV.  TRY THIS

I would unplug from power source for a few minutes to reboot machine before trying.

no, it is white
This manual is the right one for my machine:
DreamStation_ASV_User_Manual_Domestic.pdf,
found at:
https://www.documents.philips.com/doclib...mestic.pdf

I'm afraid I broke something, put a bad setting without knowing, because the normal way to get into Provider mode, which I listed in my OP,  no longer works... very scary... What could I have done wrong?

Is there a way to reset the machine to defaults, like you do on a phone, without going into provider mode?

SOLVED!
I just saw a video on a similar machine and it clearly said you have to put the screen to "my Info" before pushing on the buttons for provider mode, the manual omits that crucial fact!
I did it and it worked!
Very relieved   Sleep-well
