[Treatment] Export Data
#1
Export Data
Hi.
During my sleep study 2 months ago I was found to have an AHI of 32.
I'm using a DreamStation Auto CPAP w/AFlex plus humidifier set at 5-12cmH2O and my AHI has dropped to between the mid 2's and low 5's.
I'd like to actively manage my apnea to bring these numbers down even further so, after registering and reading several posts, I downloaded and began using the SleepyHead software.

The export to CSV function is great however I'm interested in seeing a little more detail rather than just the daily summaries.

Is there any way to export data from SleepyHead by the time of day that each event occurs?
I would like to use Excel to chart the data over several weeks or months to determine what events happen at what times in order to observe any trends based on time of night. (ex. do more hypopneas happen between 12am-1am or 4am-5am).
With this information I could more closely monitor and modify sleep variables based on time.
Thanks.

RE: Export Data
The Details output has all the events, as well as Pressure (IPAP) and EPAP and their times. You will probably want to delete the pressure entries and then sort by DateTime. A week of my details was nearly 8000 lines, and 350KB long.

Hope this helps
